The Art of Happiness

Happy summer everyone. I am sure you are enjoying your beautiful summer holidays and staying safe and hydrated.

Things are great in Dubai at the moment. I had an amazing time in Hong Kong with my family and celebrated mums 99th Birthday with friends and family, it was an amazing time and we made some powerful memories with mum.  Feel totally blessed…

I felt like discussing the power of Jin Shin Jyutsu (The Art of Happiness) this time and to let you know how magical this art really is.  Going to Hong Kong and working on my mum while she was sleeping and offering her daily sessions was one of my aims to help kick start the engine of life. At 99 years old the body will start to shut down (it will happen to all of us) no matter how healthy we eat, exercise and live. I wanted to offer my mum some energy to do her daily necessities while she aged and it helped her tremendously. The beauty about Jin Shin Jyutsu is that we as energetic beings require some support from the universe and using our hands as jumper cables we can tap into that energy to make it work for our benefit. Hence applying my jumper cables on mum with certain flows  we learn in this art, supported her a lot.

Well July is almost over and August will come upon us soon. I am still offering Clinical Reflexology sessions at a discounted rate this month so do book in and take advantage of this amazing offer until end of July, plus since we are on the subject of Jin Shin Jyutsu, I will be offering these sessions at a discounted rate for August. If you would like to experience a session for yourself do book in and see and feel how powerful it really is and bring some happiness into your life.
