SPA TRAINING ’TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL’

Happy Happy March… I am still in Antartica enjoying the last leg of my incredible journey which I cannot wait to share with all you amazing people.  I feel the energy of the frozen planet is surreal and you can actually get lost in that magical whiteness.  The same thing happened to me when I went to the Artic several years ago, I could see some of the ladies auric field the colours and their vibration.  I feel when you are in such a peaceful untouched environment you start seeing and feeling more and your senses get more heightened.

Ramadan is also fast approaching and there will be this powerful energy that bestows upon UAE. It really is a time to reflect and give back to society. Keep peace within ourselves and HAVE gratitude FOR OTHERS   I love this time as energy shifts and everyone is calm.
