Finally An Author!!!

Hi Everyone… What an amazing start it has been this year and February has been busy busy busy. I am honoured and proud to say that I am an author now and have written a chapter in a book called ’She is Remarkable’ by MENA Speakers and have had such an amazing time writing my chapter and meeting 28 other wonderful authors and reading their remarkable stories on how they have overcome the struggles and blows that life had placed upon them. My chapter is called ‘Journey to Myself’, where I open up about my challenges as well. I highly recommend you to get this book from the link I have shared below and let me know what you think.

It is an exciting time with so much more to come this year, I am beyond thrilled to leave next week for Antartica and say hello to all my whale and penguin friends in South Georgia and the Falklands.  This is definitely going to be a trip of a lifetime with a lot of pre-preparation.  Apparently one never knows with the weather there and we have to be dressed in lots and lots of layers and will probably end up walking like penguins… I look forward to share my adventure with you with plenty of photos, so watch out for that

Since I have worked in the Clinical Aromatherapy field for so long, I have been asked to offer training for Spas and hence have opened up my services to offer Spa Training facilities to any of the spas that would require further training or an upgrade practical course for their therapists.  Details of this can be found below.
